Group Maskatel wishes to provide high quality customer service. Should you want to notify us of any situation that may seem problematic, or if you wish to file a complaint, we invite you to contact us. To enable us to process your request as quickly as possible, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact Customer Service Department
You can reach our Customer Service Department at 1-877-627-5283 during business hours as posted on our Contact us page. The agent will answer your questions and help you find a solution to your specific concern. If the solution proposed by our agent does not meet your expectations, please ask to have your call redirected to his immediate supervisor.
If the proposed solutions are not to your satisfaction, please proceed to step 2.
2. File an Online Complaint
In order to do so, please complete the online form below. In the Comment section, explain why you are dissatisfied with the solutions that have been proposed to you in step 1. Within 24 business hours following the receipt of your complaint we will contact you to address your concern.
